About Bilal Butt

I'm Bilal Butt. I run CountryPaycheck as a one-person project making salary and gratuity calculators for the countries big sites ignore. Every figure here is checked against official tax authorities — because wrong numbers cost real people real money.

I started this project after noticing that almost every salary calculator on the internet covers the US and UK, while the Gulf, South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America — where millions of expats actually earn — get nothing. I built the tool I wished existed.

Read more about the site on the About page, or return to the CountryPaycheck homepage to use the calculators. Found a number that looks wrong? Contact us.
